Leave it to the Doristas to make up for “lost” cream time. Last week, we made a soup without cream, and this week we’re making a chicken dish with it! Because my office Christmas party is today, I made this dish earlier in the week. And, it was delicious. Then again, is anything with cream ever not delicious? The sauteed mushrooms, apples, and onions were substantial enough that they could hold their own as a stand-alone side. However, the inclusion of tender chicken breast made the dish a satisfying main course. I will definitely be making this again.
