Happy Belated Birthday, Julia!

So, I dropped the ball this Wednesday seeing as I posted nothing while the blogosphere was littered with posts celebrating Julia Child’s 100th birthday. However, far be it for me to forgo a chance to make her soft, creamy, and decadent Reine de Saba chocolate cake in her honor. Yes, I’ve posted this cake before. Yes, I know it’s not vegan cleanse friendly. But neither was Julia, and she made her mark in the culinary world using that ever flavorful medium we know as butter. And, she lived to be 91 years old! Bon Appetit!
