FOR BREAKFAST: Two types of anti-oxidant fruit salad and strawberry mini-loaves
FOR LUNCH: “Soup & Salad” featuring warm weather pot-au-feu; tomato, strawberry & mozzarella salad; and bacon, egg & asparagus salad
FOR A MID-AFTERNOON SNACK: Tabbouleh platter
FOR DINNER: “Nothing but meat!” featuring cola & jam spareribs; lemon caper chicken with croutons; and steak with a brandy cream sauce and Alexia fries
FOR DESSERT: What else? Red, white & blue frosted sugar cookies!
Now, I’m supposed to “tag” another ten people to be “It”, but I’m a bad blogger and posted this on the Fourth with little time for subsequent bloggers to post their “holiday menus”. So, hopefully, my menu is enough. Happy Fourth of July!
