Puff Pastry Sausage Bites

20131225_085210

I meant to post these puff pastry sausage bites before the new year, especially since I made them the morning of my low-key Christmas Day. However, I was having too much fun enjoying my gifts, having Christmas Day tea at the Drake, and seeing The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug that I got caught up in the spirit of the holiday and didn’t even turn on my computer!

Anyway, these sausage bites were extremely easy to make and are perfect for lazy mornings when cereal won’t cut it, but you don’t have the motivation to make anything more complicated. Get the recipe from the Pepperidge Farm website here.
