And, I know you had a fabulous and sweet Easter. Anyone who sat at your table is very, very lucky. My granddaughter is going to be 9 next month. Her theme is “frogs” (for the second year in a row, I might add). I am doing cupcakes for her birthday cake. What would you suggest? And, what can I put on top of the cupcakes for frosting and decoration? I am stumped. Thanks, Mary

Hi, Mary! I’m a bit behind in responding to comments, but I wanted to think a bit about your granddaughter’s cupcakes. I made Yo Gabba Gabba cupcakes for my nieces last year, and I used colored fondant as decorations on top of the frosting. I’m sure you could do the same with green fondant circles and fun candies for the eyes. As for the mouth, I would use black fondant half moons, and then maybe a strip of curled strawberry stick gum for the frog’s tongue! I’ll let you know if I think of anything else.
